ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - Two former St. Louis Aldermen have been released from federal prison. First Alert 4 confirmed Monday that former St. Louis Board of Alderman President Lewis Reed & former Alderman John Collins-Muhammad were in the custody of the St. Louis Residential Reentry Management Field Office. They are reportedly scheduled to be released entirely from custody in August 2025.

Investigation underway after body found floating in Missouri River
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - An investigation is underway after a body was found floating in the Missouri River. A spokesperson for the Kansas City Fire Department said KCFD was called to the Missouri River at 6:20 p.m. Monday after receiving a call about a body floating in the river. When firefighters arrived at the riverfront boat ramp KCFD “quickly spotted” the body.
