Mississippi Owner Ordered To Pay Regulatory Fees Dating Back To 2013.
The Federal Communications Commission has threatened to revoke the licenses of several stations owned by small, independent broadcasters that have not paid annual regulatory fees for years. It is not there yet with Holmes County Broadcasting, but the Mississippi operator is on the FCC’s radar. It has ordered the company to pay $18,887 in outstanding regulatory fees that go back more than a decade.
