Siouxland Comedy has been putting on the “Laughs for Good” shows for the last few years, helping out to raise money for charities. A couple of members told KCAU 9 that it’s important to give back to the community.

“Any time something like this happens, we just want to give back to the community and constantly do whatever we can. And the best way we know how to give back is by putting on shows and we just take all the money, we don’t keep any of it we just give it all to the charity organization that we’re doing it for.”>

If you missed Friday night’s show, have no fear: they will doing another Saturday night at Marty’s Tap in Sioux City, with a mixture of musicians and comedians. All proceeds will go to the Siouxland Recovery Fund.
