This location is the closest to Knoxville and is the largest in the country until a larger store opens in Texas next year.</p><p>This is just the first of the businesses to open at “The 407 – Gateway to Adventure,” which includes a theme park.</p><p>Many are asking for a new exit off I-40 in Sevierville, exit 408 but there is no approval for that project as Federal funding has not come through yet.</p></div></body>
