Governor Carney Signs Bill at The Starboard Making Orange Crush Delaware's Official State Cocktail

Representative Schwartzkopf, who represents the Dewey Beach area, highlighted the significance of the location for the signing. It’s fitting that this bill is being signed here, where so many people have enjoyed this refreshing cocktail," he said.
