The annual Custer County Bull Riding Classic entertained fans Monday night during the Custer County Fair. Wacey Schalla of Arapaho, OK took home the top prize. Schalla put together two qualified rides scoring an 83 on his first ride and then followed that up with a score of 86 in the short go. Schalla’s 86 was the top score of the night.

Archeologists found several grave shafts under the oak tree that was recently removed in the search for victims of the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. Norman Regional Hospital Moves To New I-35 Location
The Norman Regional Health System marked a new chapter Monday with the first full day at a new primary location. After 78 years at 901 North Porter Ave, the location has been decommissioned, closing its hospital doors to patients and making the move across town to a new state-of-the-art hospital near Interstate 35 and West Tecumseh Road. The new location, previously known as the HealthPlex, is now Norman Regional Hospital.
