Lindsay Lohan enjoyed some quality moments with her husband, Bader Shammas , and their 1-year-old son, Luai , in California last week, as captured by paparazzi photos published by The Daily Mail .

The 38-year-old Mean Girls alum resides in Dubai with her family, where Shammas, 37, works as an assistant vice president at Credit Suisse. Recently, Lohan has been in Los Angeles collaborating with Jamie Lee Curtis on the much-anticipated sequel to their beloved 2003 film, Freaky Friday .

During her day off, Lohan was seen in Laguna Beach, affectionately observing her husband as he played with their young son . She epitomized summer chic in a sleeveless white cropped tank top. She added a matching maxi skirt that was adorned with stylish black buttons.

To complete her look, the Parent Trap actress wore her signature copper red tresses down, parted in the center and styled sleek-straight.

Her husband Shammas donned a periwinkle short-sleeved tee with white shorts. Lohan previously disclosed that she and Shammas successfully concealed their marriage for several months, as revealed in her one-year wedding anniversary post on April 3, 2023.

Their union was first reported in July 2022. Although the couple have largely kept their romance out of the public eye, they haven't completely hidden significant moments, such as their first pregnancy, wedding anniversary, and the birth of their child.

Lohan shared her engagement to Shammas in an Instagram post in November 2021. By July 2022, People Magazine had confirmed their marriage. On July 17, 2023, the duo joyfully announced the arrival of their first child, a baby boy named Luai.

The Irish Wish star continues to warm fans' hearts with Instagram tributes to her hubby and child. She also is currently teasing the upcoming sequel to Freaky Friday in IG posts for her 14.5 million followers, and many can't contain their excitement.

On June 24th, Lohan and her co-star Curtis, 65, broke the internet, with thousands of fans expressing their joy at the sight of them working together again and reprising their roles as Anna and Tess Coleman.

“We’re back!” Lohan wrote in the caption. “It’s nice to see Lindsay looking healthy and happy,” one fan wrote as another added: “CRYING IN MILLENIALS HAPPY TEARS.” Someone else concurred, noting: “freaky friday is a classic… this is cool to see!”

That same day, the official account for Disney wrote on IG alongside a photo of Lohan and Curtis: “The Colemans are back and coming to theaters in 2025! The sequel to Freaky Friday is now in production!”

Elyse Hollander is set to pen the script, according to The New York Times, who first broke this exciting update in May 2023, just in time to commemorate the film’s 20th anniversary. Chad Michael Murray and Mark Harmon will also reprise their roles from the first film.
