Jennifer Garner Shares A Video Of Her Training Regime For 'Elektra' Cameo In 'Deadpool & Wolverine,' Including Boxing, Swimming, More

Anyone who has seen Deadpool & Wolverine already knows that Jennifer Garner makes an epic cameo appearance as Elektra in the movie. And nobody can deny how incredible she looked!

The 52-year-old actress first played Elektra way back in 2003 for the Daredevil , movie, which she starred in opposite Ben Affleck. But it didn’t seem like over 20 years had passed – in fact, Garner looked better than ever in the Deadpool & Wolverine movie, and it was all down to an insane training regime!

The mom-of-three didn’t hold back when it came to sharing her training secrets with fans. On August 5th, she shared a training video with her 16.7M Instagram followers, which was a montage of some of her grueling workouts, including awe-inspiring sai weapon training!

The video also sees the truly ageless 13 Going on 30 actress swimming, boxing, lifting weights, doing box jumps, running, jumping rope, rowing, and so much more, thus confirming that Garner stopped at nothing to get into assassin shape!

"Other than trying to convince my kids' preschool buddies that I was secretly a ninja, I hadn't picked up Elektra's sais since 2004; I was fit, but not @marvel fit," Garner wrote in the caption of her Instagram post.

She continued: "As this impossible dream became reality, my bestie and OG stunt double @shaunaduggins and I amped up our training, led by @bethjnicely at @thelimitfit : 1x/day, plus whatever homework she assigned for a second workout. Boxing 3x/ week with @flvcothefuture from @matchroomxchurchillgym . And lots and lots of @onepeloton 's @becsgentry . We had #SuperHeroSummer over here, twirling sais in the backyard and laughing at our sore old bodies."
