Prince Harry isn’t the only ex-royal to have his security taken away , as it’s just been revealed that his disgraced uncle Prince Andrew will soon be stripped of some of his security too!

According to reports, King Charles , 75, will be stripping Prince Andrew, 64, of his security team at his Royal Lodge mansion from the end of October, in a bid to try and force him out of the 30-room property for good.

The monarch has reportedly been trying to evict his younger brother for quite a while, as he can no longer afford its $503K-a-year upkeep since being fired as a working royal. The King reportedly wants him to downsize and move into Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘s old residence, Frogmore Cottage, which is something that Prince Andrew has refused to do. Will his lack of security at Royal Lodge now change his mind, we wonder?!

"They are all working the final weeks of their contract 'til the end of October. It's not thought anyone is being lined up to replace them," an insider dished.

"Everyone is speculating this means the duke will have to leave the Royal Lodge because what other reason could there be to take his security away?" the insider added.

King Charles has been paying for the Duke of York's security after his $3.8M Met Police protection was taken away when he was fired as a working royal following the sexual abuse allegations against him, and his alleged friendship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

According to reports, King Charles has been paying his brother $5.1M a year to help him financially, but now appears to be putting his foot down. "It isn't a secret that the King wants him out," the palace insider told The Sun.

    Fan Comments

The internet believes that King Charles has done the right thing by removing his brother's security. "Prince Harry has been cut off security. Disgraced Andrew should have been cut off long ago," stated one royal fan on a Good Morning Britain YouTube video about the news.

"Kick him out," wrote another fan, as a third said: "No one should be paying anything for Andrew." A fourth fan wrote: "It's about time that Andrew moves out and retire in peace. Finally the King is making a great decision, Andrew should be treated worse than Harry."

"Stop paying for him he should move," demanded another. "Get him out of there," echoed another. Someone else observed: "He has disowned his son, so his brother should be easier, especially when he has dishonored himself and all connected to him."
