Fresh from wowing fans at the Maria premiere at the Venice International Film Festival on Thursday, August 29th, Angelina Jolie once again turned heads with another red carpet appearance.

The 49-year-old Oscar-winning actress – who is currently promoting her Maria Callas biopic , which is already generating Oscars buzz – looked effortlessly glamorous at the Telluride Film Festival in Telluride, Colorado on Sunday, September 1st, the same day ex-husband Brad Pitt and his new girlfriend made their red carpet debut together.

The mom-of-six accessorized her cozy dress with some statement brown Roger Vivier buckled ‘City’ pumps, as well as one of her signature pairs of sunglasses. Her blonde hair was worn in a silky straight down do, and her makeup was finished off with some soft pink lipstick.

The Eternals actress not running into the 60-year-old Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood actor at the Venice Film Festival was no coincidence, as organizers reportedly worked hard to ensure their red carpet appearances would be days apart.

Venice Film Festival Artistic Director Alberto Barbera reportedly told Vanity Fair that extra precautions were taken to ensure the famous exes wouldn't run into each other. "Angelina will be on the first day, on Thursday [August 20th], and she will leave right after with [ Maria director] Pablo Larraín" for the Telluride Film Festival, he told the pub. He added: "So Brad will arrive only on Saturday, to Venice. There is no way that they can cross each other at the Lido."
