The “I Had Some Help” artist, 29, previously shared that adhering to a strict diet helped him drop from 240 to 185 pounds. On September 8th, during his performance at the Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre as part of his F-1Trillion Tour, Post (real name Austin Richard Post ) flaunted his toned abs and svelte physique in a crop top.

Just a few days later, on September 11th, the “Circles” musician  graced the VMAs stage to accept the prestigious Video of the Year award for “Fortnight,” his popular collaboration with Taylor Swift . Following these recent appearances, fans flocked to social media to commend Post on his weight loss, health, and overall transformation, with many noting how “skinny” and “healthier” he looks now.

On Instagram this week, the "Better Now" hitmaker shared new photos of himself from the VMAs and his recent concert. In one upload for his 27 million IG followers , Post's trimmer midsection could be seen.

Fans headed to the comments section of his September 9th post to share their thoughts. "You’re the most beautiful human inside and out!!" one wrote as another added that he looked "so skinny now!" Someone else noted that his outfit was "sexy" as an additional fan added that he looked "soo good."

In April of last year, the "Sunflower" hitmaker shared with his fans that his newfound motivation to prioritize his well-being stemmed from the birth of his daughter in May 2022 , which prompted him to alter his dietary habits.

During his appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast last summer, Post shared that cutting down on his soda intake played a huge role in his successful weight loss.

"Soda is so bad. It's so good but so bad," he told host Joe Rogan in August 2023. "I was like 240 and now I'm like 185," he added. In a message for his Instagram followers last April, Post candidly said that the birth of his daughter motivated him to start taking his health seriously. "I guess dad life kicked in and I decided to kick soda and start eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel," he explained.

On April 23rd, Post shared an Adam DeGross-shot picture of himself to social media. The Grammy nominee was shirtless, highlighting his intricate tattoo collection and svelte frame as fans hailed his achievement. In the hunky pic, he wore brown trousers that he left unbuttoned, revealing black Tom Ford boxers.
