Ben Affleck is moving on following his divorce from Jennifer Lopez , as he was recently spotted moving into his new bachelor pad in Brentwood, California. Check out some pap pictures here.

The 52-year-old Gone Girl actor reportedly closed escrow on the $20.5M mansion on the Shotgun Wedding actress’s 55th birthday (ouch!) and was papped overseeing moving company Wetzel & Sons move his things out of his rental property, also in Brentwood, into his new home.

What Do We Know About Ben Affleck's New Home?

According to TMZ , the Batman v Superman actor closed escrow on his new property back in July. The property boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a media room, a den, and a guest house. The mansion also reportedly has walk-in closets, breakfast and dining areas, and a separate family room.

The Argo star's new home is quite different from the $60M mansion he and the JLo Beauty founder purchased together back in May 2023.

The couple reportedly put it up for sale for $68M back in June, and have since found a buyer. However, according to the Daily Mail , there have been a few hiccups, as the buyers "pulled out of escrow" following a death in their family.
