Serena Williams & Alexis Ohanian Celebrated Daughter Olympia’s Birthday in a Very Special Place

Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian’s daughter Olympia clearly had the coolest seventh birthday celebration, and the location of it all has a sweet tie to her beloved papa.

On Sept 2, Ohanian shared a series of photos celebrating his eldest daughter’s birthday, and sharing where they held the celebration. He shared the birthday tribute to Instagram with the caption reading, “Beautiful weekend with our SEVEN year old Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. 🥹 My heart is full. We got to celebrate the final days of being six in Papa’s birthplace. 🗽 @olympiaohanian your mama and I love you more with every passing year. My life changed September 1, 2017 🙏 thank you.”

So, as you can read in the caption, they spent Olympia’s seventh birthday in NYC, also known as the place where her dad was born. And they had an amazing time together, clearly.

In the photos, we see a selfie of the two in an auditorium smiling from ear to ear, followed by pics of Olympia at the Milk Bar in NYC (which has custom-made treats and classes) and a photo of Olympia with an American Girl doll.

Happy belated birthday, Olympia!

For those who don’t know, Williams met Ohanian back in 2015, and the two married in 2017 in New Orleans. Later that same year, Williams gave birth to their daughter Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr (better known as Olympia), born on Sept 2017, and later, another daughter named Adira River , born in Aug 2023.

“The new baby is amazing. I have to say I am obsessed with her. Oh my gosh, she’s so yummy. She’s like the best, I love her,” Williams said via People , revealing that Olympia always wanted a little sister. “That’s one thing Olympia would always say – I want a sister.”
