There is reportedly another motive with this real estate move, according to Life & Style . “She’s hopeful that a fresh start might make it easier for her to find love again,” a source claimed. “It’s been so long since she’s had a relationship — she really misses that companionship.”

This news comes on the heels of ex Justin Theroux’s engagement to Nicole Brydon Bloom which was revealed on the red carpet of the Venice Film Festival.
