Jennifer Lopez’s $7.2 Million Marital Home With This Ex Hit the Market at a Curious Time

It seems two of Jennifer Lopez’s marital homes are on the market right now. As many fans know, she and Ben Affleck’s $68 million mansion hit the market after they announced their divorce, and now, Lopez’s marital home with her second ex-husband, Cris Judd, just hit the market around the same time.

According to Robb Report , Lopez and Judd had a “secret” ceremony in a Calabasas residence, where the new owners just listed it for sale for a whopping $7.25 million price tag.

This home is huge, to put it bluntly. The four-story mansion was custom-built in 1990s, and has six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a lot of insanely lavish details. Not only is there a huge entryway, but there’s a glass-walled conservatory, a wine cellar, a sauna -equipped gym, and a guest cottage ; to name a few. And it has a koi pond, which is just so cute.

The home is listed on Compass by Jeff Biebuyck and Dana Olmes with the Frontgate Team.

It has nothing to do with her and Affleck’s marital home coming up for sale, but the timing of it all is quite odd; two martial homes on the market at the same time?! Never heard of that before.

For those who don’t know, Lopez has been married four times. She married her first husband, Ojani Noa, in 1997 after meeting a year prior. They divorced in Jan 1998.

She then married Judd in 2001 after meeting a year prior. They divorced in 2002.

Lopez went on to marry (and welcome twins) Marc Anthony. They were longtime pals who married in 2004, and were together until their separation in 2011. They divorced in 2014.

As for Lopez and Affleck, they got engaged by the end of 2002, but broke up in 2004. Then, in 2021, Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance. A year later, they got engaged and married in a lavish ceremony . Then, they separated on April 26, 2024.
