Angelina Jolie's Fashion Brand Might Have Dropped a Hint About Her Dating Life

After Angelina Jolie’s split with Brad Pitt in 2016, her love life has been somewhat of a mystery . She had six kids to raise, and that important job was her priority. However, fans might be getting some insight into what is happening in her personal life, and it looks like her fashion brand, Atelier Jolie, is the one who spilled the tea.

Jolie held an event at her store in New York City over the weekend where she might have enjoyed a date with British rapper, Akala. The Atelier Jolie Instagram account snapped photos of the 49-year-old actress and the musician at the same party. Even though they weren’t photographed together, it drops a major hint that they are, at the very least, enjoying the same social circles .

Akala was also spotted at the 62nd New York Film Festival premiere of her film, Maria , on Sept. 29, so that puts them in the same place just two days apart, per the Daily Mail . However, Jolie sources have downplayed her relationship with Akala after they were spotted leaving a hotel together at the Venice Film Festival in late August. “She and Akala are not dating. She is friends with him and his partner, Chanelle, who was also there,” an insider told People.

Still, the rumors about the actress and the rapper go back to May when In Touch Weekly claimed that she “has been seeing two different men over the past year or so.” One of the men is Akala and the other is reportedly Broadway composer Justin Levine, who worked with her on The Outsiders . “They’re totally different men, but she’s falling for both of them,” the insider added while noting that her reported romance with Akala was more serious.

“I think a large part of her attraction to Akala, beyond the physical, is seeing him interact with her kids because that is so important to her,” the source divulged. “They connect over their interest in activism and share a passion for travel and discovering different cultures. It’s been a long time since she’s felt this kind of attraction.”

It might be a while before Jolie publicly opens up about a new relationship though. She’s been “heartbroken and traumatized” by her experience with Pitt — and only recently has started to move on after dropping one of her legal cases against him. It’s no surprise that The Eternals star is hesitant about love, but it sounds like she’s on a healing path toward mending her broken heart.
