Bindi Irwin’s Daughter Grace Has Heart-Eyes for Her Grandma Terri in Adorable New Photos

Animals have a special place in 3-year-old Grace Warrior’s heart, but she saves her heart-eyes for her grandma Terri Irwin. Bindi Irwin’s daughter Grace was photographed gazing adoringly into Terri’s eyes, and the photos will melt your heart!

Terri, who shares daughter Bindi, 26, and son Robert, 20, with the late Steve Irwin, posted pictures of her and her only granddaughter on Instagram . Terri crouches on the ground in her Australia Zoo khakis as she holds her granddaughter on one knee. Grace looks adorable in her light green shirt and matching shorts, with cute animals on the front. With her hands clasped in front of her in what looks like heart hands, Grace leans into Terri’s shoulder and looks up at her grandma with a smile that reaches her eyes. Terri smiles down at Grace, and the two are locked in this moment of pure love.

The other photos in the carousel were taken from slightly different angles, but they all feature Grace’s fondness for her grandma (who she calls “Bunny.”). She doesn’t look away from Terri’s eyes once, clearly feeling safe and happy there.

“Let’s make sure the girls of today have the unconditional love and opportunity that they deserve, to become the leaders of tomorrow. #InternationalDayOfTheGirl ,” Terri captioned the post. Bindi commented, “She loves you soooo much. Thank you for inspiring us every day with your strength, courage and unconditional love. ❤️” Aww! Are you crying yet?

People couldn’t handle the love. “what a lucky little girl Grace is to have Terri as her grandmother and likewise, the way Grace looks up at Terri just melts my heart! Blessings to you and your whole family ❤️” one person wrote. Someone else commented, “Look at how your grandbaby is looking at you! How precious is that!?”

When Grace turned 3 in March, Terri wrote a heartfelt tribute to Grace on Instagram . “From the moment you entered this world you have been a shining star,” she said. “Watching you grow, discovering life, and bringing so much love to our lives has made every day more special than the last. These past three years have made my heart the happiest. I love you for always and forever.❤️”

As if that wasn’t sweet enough, Terri has previously opened up about how much Grace reminds her of her late husband, the Crocodile Hunter.

Terri told E! News earlier this year, “Watching Grace is like watching Steve because Steve never stopped being 3 years old. He had that wonder of nature and discovery and curiosity every single day.” She added, “And to see that in Grace, I want to nurture that and make sure she hangs on to that forever.”

With a grandma like Terri in her life, we know Grace will turn out just fine!
