1 man killed in South Hero crash
SOUTH HERO, Vt. (WCAX) - Police say one man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in South Hero. It happened at about 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on US Route 2. Vermont State Police say Robert Goddard, 77, of Little River, South Carolina, was headed north in an SUV when he went off the road and hit a cement culvert. Troopers say Goddard died of his injuries.
