Berwyn Man Charged with First-Degree Murder of 3-Year-Old in Chicago Shooting
Following a nearly two-year investigation, Chicago Police have charged Govanni Hernandez, a 32-year-old man from the 6300 block of W. 26th St., Berwyn, Illinois, with the murder of a 3-year-old boy.
