A new alignment of duties for key leadership functions within the City of Carmel is creating new operational efficiencies. Rebecca Carl has broadened her duties, assuming the role of chief of staff, filling the position previously held by Jim Crider. In the role supporting the mayor’s office, Carl will continue her oversight of the city’s marketing and communications functions.
