I like making this recipe, as it is simple and a truly decadent dessert that be served at a family brunch or as a special treat for breatfast. You will need the following ingredients:

    Recipe:

    1/4 cup of white sugar

    1/2 cup of brown sugar

3.4 oz package of cook and serve butterscotch pudding mix (instant pudding mix will not work in this recipe)

    1 stick of butter, melted

    2 teaspoons of cinnamon

18 frozen yeast dinner rolls (you purchase these in the freezer section)

You will need a bundt pan to make this recipe or a large pan with deep sides.

Place the package of dry butterscotch pudding mix, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl and mix together.

In another small bowl add the melted butter then stir in the white sugar.

Roll the frozen rolls into the butter mixture.

Then roll them into the pudding mixture and place them into a greased bundt pan.

I make one layer using one roll in the bottom, then I add another roll on the top of this roll. Tip: I only make two rows because the rolls will expand a lot after they have thawed out.

I always sprinkle the butterscotch mixture that is left over on the rolls and then I cover them with a greased piece of plastic wrap.

Set this mixture in the refrigerator overnight or out on the countertop for at least 8 hours, or until the rolls are thawed out.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake these rolls for 25 - 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Note: You could add vanilla pudding mix if you are not a fan of butterscotch pudding.

I like to serve these warm, fresh out of the oven for a nice cozy breakfast for my family to enjoy with a crispy side of bacon.
