Fruit Dip with Only 3 Ingredients: Easy and Delicious!

This is one of my favorite recipes to make in the summer when all of the ripe fruits are in season. It is a great recipe to whip up for a family gathering and it works really well as a simple recipe for social gatherings. You will need the following ingredients:

Recipe:

1/2 small container of cool whip (save the other half for another recipe)

8 oz of cream cheese

1 7 oz jar of marshmallow creme

Set the cream cheese out on the counter and the cool whip out in the refrigerator for a few hours before making this recipe as they both need to be thawed and soft enough to whisk together.

Using a medium bowl add the cream cheese and whisk it with the mixer until it gets smooth and creamy. This should take about 3 - 5 minutes.

Add the marshmallow cream and whisk until it is well combined.

Fold in the cool whip and then place this fruit dip into a container with a lid and place it in the refrigerator and let it cool for at least an hour. Enjoy!

Note: You can double this recipe if you are going to be at large gathering as it usually goes pretty quickly. If you like vanilla add a teaspoon but I don't as I find it flavorful enough as it is.

I like to serve this dip with apples, grapes, honey dew melons, raspberries, strawberries, and even pretzels are delicious served with it.

Store this fruit dip in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
