    No Bake Cherry Cheese Pie Recipe: Easy and Delicious!

    This is a recipe that my aunt used to make for each of her grandsons for special occassions. They absolutely loved this pie recipe over any other pies or cakes around. It is really simple to make and it is a great dessert for any occassion. You will need the following ingredients:

    Recipe:

    8 oz cream cheese

    1 can of condensed milk

    1 teaspoon of vanilla

    1/4 cup of lemon juice

    premade graham cracker crust or graham cracker pie crust ingredients:

    1 1/2 cups of graham crackers crumbs

    1/3 cup of butter, melted

    1/4 cup of sugar

    1 can of cherry pie filling ingredients:

    If you are making the graham cracker crust, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar in a deep dish pie plate and press into a pie crust.

    Let the cream soften to room temperature.

    Mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla and lemon juice with a mixer until creamy. This should take 3 - 5 minutes.

    Pour into the pie crust and smooth out evenly. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it into the refrigerator and let sit for at least 2 - 3 hours.

    Remove the pie crust from the refrigerator and top with a can of cherry pie filling or you can make your own pie filling. Cover this pie with plastic wrap and place it back into the refrigerator for another hour or so. Enjoy!

    Note: You can add different flavors of pie filling to the top of this pie. I have made it using strawberry and blueberry pie filling. I do recommend using the regular cream cheese as this 1/3 less fat makes a softer filling. It is still delicious though, if you are watching those calories.

    I like to serve this for an after dinner treat on those special occassions.
