Flatbread Pizza Recipe: Easy and Delicious!

I made these flatbread pizzas for dinner the other night and it was such a easy meal to make and a great idea for a quick family friendly meal. You can make these using whatever toppings you may have on hand. You will need the following ingredients:

Recipe:

1 package of flatbreads (they usually have 2 in each package)

1 package of pepperoni

1/4 of a bell pepper, diced

1/4 of an onion, sliced thinly

1 jar of pizza sauce

8 oz of mozzerella cheese, shredded

Additional Toppings Suggestions: mushrooms, ham, pineapple, sausage, beef, jalapenos, cheddar cheese, olives and many more

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

Lay the flatbreads on a large baking sheet and add the pizza sauce, cheese and the toppings that you choose to use on the pizzas. Tip: You could also cut these flatbreads in half and serve four different pizzas if you wanted to.

Place the pizzas into the oven and bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown on the top.

Remove from the oven and let sit for 3 minutes. Enjoy!

Note: These flatbreads make the best pizzas. You could even use them to make a bbq chicken pizza or a basil and pesto one. I see these flatbreads very often at many of my local grocery stores on clearance so they save me quite a bit of money when I purchase them like this.

I like to serve these flatbread pizzas with a side salad on the side.
