Names Released in Alleged Racine Hit and Run
The names of those involved including the suspect in a hit and run incident in Racine have been released. Brian Barringer, 38, and David Schackart, 27, were working on sidewalk upgrades in the Village of Racine when they were struck by a truck driven by Johnathon Reese, 62, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Barringer was transported from the scene by Meigs EMS to Holzer Meigs Emergency Department, while Schackart was flown to St. Mary’s in Huntington.
Police ask for help with investigation of reported theft at Charleston auto parts store
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — Police are asking for public assistance following a breaking and entering incident that occurred Tuesday in Charleston. Officers responded to a NAPA Auto Parts location in the 600 block of Virginia Street West where they were told items had been stolen from the business overnight, according to a Facebook post from the Charleston Police Department.
