Utica teen accused of breaking into Eagle Street store
UTICA — A teenager is accused of stealing cash and merchandise from the Eagle St. Express, according to the Utica Police department. Police said the 17-year-old broke through the glass to get into the store on Eagle Street on June 13, where he stole cash and other products from inside. Following an investigation, police said the teen was eventually identified and taken into custody on Friday. His identity was not released due to his young age.
