CityTeam Portland Announces 27,000 SQFT Office-to-Residential Conversion Project in Old Town/Chinatown
PORTLAND, OR – July 2, 2024 – The Portland branch of CityTeam today announced it has acquired the Overland Building in the city’s Old Town district and will relocate its headquarters there, according to CityTeam Portland Executive Director Lance Orton. (Ed. note: according to public documents reviewed by The Registry, the sale price was $4,650,000, or around $172 per square foot.)
