TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — A lawsuit was filed against the city of Northport last month in efforts view public records. According to court records, the plaintiff is a resident of Northport who is seeking to enforce the right to inspect records from the city on the economic fiscal impact analysis of University Beach Development, a proposed water park.
