Deiondra Sanders Opens Up About Fibroid Battle During Pregnancy – ‘Doctors Said It’s A Miracle’

Deiondra Sanders has candidly shared her experience with fibroids while carrying her child to term.

The proud mother recently welcomed a healthy baby into the world, which was a happy occasion for the family. However, Deiondra is now opening up about the difficulties she faced during her pregnancy, including her battle with fibroids, placenta accreta, and cerclage.

In March, the 31-year-old took to Instagram to tell the world about her first child and why she’s embracing motherhood, despite baby daddy Jacquees’s ex-girlfriend Dreezy exposing him for trying to reconcile with her while still with Deiondra.

In a short film, a doctor informs Deiondra that after her fourth myomectomy (a procedure to remove uterine fibroids), she may never conceive. In fact, the surgeon wasn’t even able to remove all of the benign tumors growing on or in her uterus. However, that didn’t stop what “God allowed to happen.” Now, she has welcomed her bundle of joy.

On Monday (August 12), the new mother shared a message on X (formerly Twitter) about her son’s existence and safe arrival.

In a carousel post, she shared photos of herself in the hospital bed before and after their baby was born. Jacquees, who proposed to Deiondra in July, was also seen in the hospital.

“WE MADE IT YALL,” Sanders wrote. “Through every challenge—the fibroids, the threatened miscarriages, the shortened cervix, the cerclage, the myomectomies, the wisdom of age(keep it cute lol), placenta accreta and taking my entire uterus, the bed rest, and the prayers to reach 28 weeks—by the grace of God, WE MADE IT.”

She continued, “I can’t do anything but praise Him! Thank you, God. Thank you, Jesus.”

“This journey has been long, but seeing your face, my sweet baby boy, made every moment worthwhile. I am overjoyed to be your mom and cannot wait to share a lifetime of love and adventures with you. I love you so much, Baby Que💙 I Love you so much, Que,” Deiondra Sanders added.

Now, as a new mom, Deiondra is focused on her recovery and enjoying the joys of motherhood.
