Wendy Williams has made a rare public appearance, sparking hope among her fans. After months of keeping a low profile, Williams was photographed visiting Victor Bowman’s holistic store in New Jersey alongside her son, Kevin.
Wendy William’s recent health struggles make the outing all the more special after months of speculation that her whereabouts were unknown to her family. Wendy’s sister, Wanda Williams, and her niece, Alex Finnie, revealed in February that Wendy was being held at an undisclosed treatment facility and that they had no idea where she was.

Wendy’s health has been a source of concern since she stepped down from hosting “The Wendy Williams Show” in 2021. The show, which aired for over a decade, was a daytime TV staple, particularly Wendy’s “Hot Topics” segment, in which she shared her unfiltered views on celebrity gossip. However, as her health deteriorated, Wendy stepped away from the spotlight, and the show ended in 2022.
The 59-year-old has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia, both neurodegenerative diseases of the brain. On Monday, August 19, Victor Bowman Jr., the late herbalist Dr. Sebi’s son, posted on Facebook that Williams and her son, Kevin Hunter Jr., had visited his Newark, New Jersey store to purchase his herbal products.
Bowman posted a photo of Wendy with the caption, “Wendy Williams, come to my store. “Much love, Queen.”
