    Jada Pinkett Smith has stirred conversation with a recent cryptic post about womanhood, shortly before going private on Instagram over Labor Day weekend.

    The actress and producer shared a thought-provoking message on women’s inherent value, writing:

    “A man can CHOOSE to belong to someone…A woman is told she MUST belong to someone or … she is not worthy.”

    In her post, Pinkett Smith reflected on how women are often seen as incomplete without a male counterpart in some cultures.
