Lawyer, TV host and Real Housewives of New York alumna Eboni K. Williams has listed her Harlem abode for sale.

The “jewel box,” which she commonly refers to it as, has listed the home for just under $900,000, according to a report in New York Post.

The news comes just weeks before the 41-year-old beauty is set to give birth to her firstborn, a girl, media reports says. Her plan, according to the outlet, is to move into a bigger home with her and her newborn.

“This was my first time as a home buyer, and it was really important to me to have ownership in Manhattan and in Harlem, which is such a storied neighborhood,” Williams told New York Post.

Born in Charlotte, NC, Williams is a lawyer, TV personality, and former pageant queen, as well as the author of the inspiring book Bet on Black: The Good News About Being Black in America Today. She also stars in the nationally syndicated show Equal Justice with Judge Eboni K. Williams and hosts the award-winning NAACP podcast Holding Court with Eboni K. Williams.

    In 2022, Williams purchased a one-bedroom, one-bath, 688-square-foot residence in the 300 West development at 300 W. 122nd St. for $830,000.

“I bought it sight unseen and I was able to watch it come to completion,” Williams said.

Williams describes herself as a “working, entrepreneurial single mom by choice.”

At 34, Williams froze her eggs and decided to create an embryo at 39. At the time of this writing, she will give birth any moment from now.

Williams froze her eggs at 34, created an embryo at 39 and is slated to give birth shortly before her 41st birthday.

“It’s remarkable given that a generation ago this wouldn’t have been a concept. We are blessed and lucky that we even have this as an option,” Williams added.
