Tami Roman has some strong opinions about modern relationship dynamics and the role of privacy and trust.

In a candid interview with TSR, the reality TV star and host of Get Into It with Tami Roman shared her thoughts on why couples shouldn’t feel obligated to exchange passwords as a measure of trust.

“I don’t think they should share it as a way of trust. I think that they should share it because that is what they want to do,” Tami explained. For her, the concept of sharing passwords has more to do with comfort and personal choice than proving fidelity . “Just because you gave me your password doesn’t mean that you haven’t deleted texts, so it doesn’t add up to trust.”

The Basketball Wives alum, who has been married to Reggie Youngblood since 2018, stressed that genuine trust in a relationship is founded on open communication and mutual respect rather than access to each other’s private messages.

“It really just serves as a way to make your partner feel secure and safe in the relationship. But I don’t think it has anything to do with trust,” she said.

Tami believes the pressure to share passwords can create unnecessary tension and suspicion between partners . The outspoken star also pointed out the underlying issue with insisting on password sharing.

“I don’t have my husband’s password; he doesn’t have mine. And neither one of us feels the need to go into each other’s phone to see what’s going on,” she continued. “The underlined text to that is ‘I don’t trust you.’ And if that’s the person you’re in a relationship with, you should be able to trust.”
