EAST HANOVER — Another infant has died after being left in a car in New Jersey. Morris County Prosecutor Robert Carroll said East Hanover Police were called after a 6- month-old girl was noticed inside a vehicle parked in a parking lot on South Ridgedale Avenue at Route 10 in East Hanover around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 17. She was pronounced dead at a hospital.

A Jersey City man was sentenced to 45 years in a state prison for a 2017 fatal stabbing that claimed the life of a 38-year-old woman. Yesterday, Hudson County Superior Court Judge John A. Young sentenced Ishmeal Coleman, 48, of, Jersey City to 45 years in New Jersey State Prison for the 2018 killing of Takeela Wilson, Prosecutor Esther Suarez said in a statement.
