    Dog injured after being hit by vehicle in Shippensburg, police investigating

    SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A dog was injured when it was hit by a vehicle in Shippensburg and officials are looking for the pup’s owner.

    The dog was struck by a vehicle, possibly in the 1st block of West King Street, that did not stop, Shippensburg Police said in a news release Friday.

    Police did not state a time the dog was possibly struck.

    Currently, the pup is with the Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter and is being treated

    Police said they are investigating.
