The individual, identified as John Wolfe, 54, of Wilkes-Barre, appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. </p><p> Upon contacting Wolfe, officers determined that he was a danger to himself due to his level of intoxication. Following this assessment, they took him into custody. </p><p> During a search incident to the arrest, officers found drug paraphernalia on Wolfe’s person. He was transported to City Headquarters for processing and is facing charges related to the incident. </p></div></body>
