Officers Haroon Khan and Paul Lamendola were formally inducted into the unit. </p><p> The Frederick Police Auxiliary Unit consists of volunteers who support various major events, including races, parades, and community gatherings. This unit plays a vital role in maintaining event safety and allows police officers to focus on emergency calls. </p><p> The department expressed gratitude for the commitment shown by these volunteers.
