Farrah Abraham took to Instagram to report that she had purchased Sophia Abraham a Cybertruck, fans think Farrah is lying for clout.

Farrah Abraham’s world has greatly changed since she was 16 and pregnant. Teen Mom fans watched Farrah Abraham defend the honor of a Ford Focus when she was a new driver 16 years ago; now, she’s shopping for her daughter’s first car. Sophia Abraham won’t be crawling into a Ford Focus, that’s for sure. Abraham has spent the last few days documenting Sophia’s car search on Instagram. Apparently, the search is over. The soon-to-be licensed driver will hop into a Tesla when she’s ready to hit the street solo. Her Teen Mom alum mother is getting plenty of heat for the decision.

Farrah Abraham is sparing no expense when it comes to her daughter’s first ride. This week, she took to Instagram to inform her followers that she spent more than $100,000 to get Sophia behind the wheel of a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck Cyberbeast. The car is certainly an interesting and expensive choice for a teen driver, but it is hardly the most expensive option they considered. Farrah previously uploaded a post depicting her in a Rolls Royce dealership with her young daughter.

Farrah’s income remains largely unknown. Since walking away from the Teen Mom franchise, she’s focused almost exclusively on making money as an adult entertainer. While Farrah has had some money troubles in the past, she’s clearly doing well for herself at the moment. Farrah Abraham purchased a Tesla for Sophia, but she tools around town in a Porsche.

Fans call BS on Farrah’s Cybertruck purchase

Not everyone is convinced that Abraham has purchased the teen a Cybertruck of her own. Several Reddit users argue that the mother of one is known for pulling outlandish stunts for attention. They are convinced that Sophia’s Cybertruck will never arrive, and she’ll be tooling around town in something a bit more manageable for a brand-new driver.

If Sophia shows up on the road in the coming months in a Mini, Jeep, or Volkswagen instead of the futuristic Cybertruck, we’ll know fans and followers were correct. For now, Abraham is sticking to her guns, insisting she’s purchased her teen a Cybertruck.

Abraham’s Sophia isn’t the only Teen Mom child ready to hit the streets. Both Leah Shirley and Bentley Edwards are ready to get rolling, too. The current season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter grapples with the teens getting ready to get their driver’s licenses. It doesn’t appear that Bentley or Leah will be behind the wheel of a Cybertruck when they are ready to drive alone, though. Bentley was born in October 2008. Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley welcomed Leah in November 2008. Sophia Abraham was born a few months later, in February 2009.
