Jennifer Garner Is ‘Happy’ With Boyfriend John Miller Despite Taking Vacation with Ben Affleck, Source Claims

Jennifer Garner has been dating boyfriend John Miller since shortly after her split from Ben Affleck, and her despite having a close relationship with Affleck, a source says Garner is ‘happy’ with Miller.

It’s no secret that Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck built quite a life together before their high-profile divorce in 2018. Garner and Affleck share three children, and despite the divorce, they have always maintained strong co-parenting skills. So strong, in fact, that they recently took a vacation together just days before Affleck’s wife, Jennifer Lopez, filed for divorce. Still, despite the family trip, sources say Garner is happy with her longtime boyfriend, John Miller.

Garner and Affleck began dating in 2004 and were married in 2005. But in 2018, the longtime couple filed for divorce after rumors surfaced of Affleck being unfaithful. It wasn’t long before both of them moved on, with Garner meeting businessman John Miller and Affleck eventually marrying Jennifer Lopez.

But in the days leading up to Lopez filing for divorce from Affleck, he was actually in Japan on a family trip with Garner and their kids. Garner and Affleck have remained close, and although the timing is interesting surrounding Affleck’s divorce, sources claim Garner is happy with Miller and isn’t looking to rekindle the romance with Affleck any time soon.

“She’s happy with John,” a source revealed to People shortly after Lopez and Affleck’s divorce filing was announced. The words were short and sweet, but it’s all fans needed to realize that Garner and her man are still going strong. Garner and Affleck also spent his birthday together with their children in August, shortly after the trip.

Although it was all in the name of their kids, not everyone loved the idea of Garner and Affleck traveling together, given that Affleck was still married at the time. Although Garner and Affleck have worked hard to be co-parents, they still do have a past, and some people took to Instagram to share that they felt the exes were crossing the line with the vacation at such a tumultuous time for Affleck and Lopez.

“So, you took Ben on your Japan trip. That’s not nice. You should’ve had self respect. He was still married at that time,” one user wrote.

“Jen don’t take Ben again! Will be a big mistake! You look better without him!” another user commented.

“Don’t take someone’s husband to your vacation with you,” someone else wrote.

Of course, plenty of people were quick to defend Garner and Affleck’s decision, understanding that co-parenting can be complicated and that a platonic relationship in the name of their children is perfectly fine. Garner has not said anything about Affleck’s divorce from Lopez, and neither Affleck nor Lopez have commented on the decision, either.
