While getting rid of both of those things will take some time, she is apparently on the hunt for better energy in a new house. According to TMZ, Jennifer Lopez is close to striking a deal on the famed Azria Estate, a colonial mansion in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. According to the publication, Lopez is trying to get a really good deal on the property. It is currently listed for $55 million, but Lopez is reportedly looking to lay out less than $40 million for the home. The estate has been listed multiple times over the last five years with no takers.

While Lopez is reportedly close to closing on the expansive mansion, the listing remains live on several real estate sites. Zillow currently shows the iconic colonial on the market for $55 million. The home offers over 30,000 square feet of living space, an expansive and well-maintained outdoor complex complete with an infinity pool, and a 5,500-square-foot building with a theatre and a game room.
