The altercation allegedly involved Kim’s sobriety , indicating that the 60-year-old may have relapsed after giving up alcohol years ago. According to People , the LAPD reported to an Encino, California, home owned by Kyle. Kim was staying at the house prior to the incident.

Earlier this month, Kim Richards was residing at a Hilton hotel. After some “incoherent” behavior, she was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, a legal process that allows for the involuntary hospitalization of an adult for up to 72 hours. Kyle provided her Encino home after the hold, but we suspect living arrangements could change after this altercation. The incident happened two years after Kyle herself chose a lifestyle of sobriety.
