Kody has spoken about his rift with Maddie Brush during season 19, which followed conflict with Gabrian Brown during seasons 17 and 18.

Still, his relationship with Janelle’s youngest child, Savanah Brown, hasn’t received public attention. Janelle recently opened up about how things are going between Savanah and Kody Brown, and the news isn’t good — the 19-year-old is estranged from her father.

It seems that Kody Brown hasn’t healed his relationship with his children since Garrison Brown’s March 2024 death. Speaking with E! News , Janelle revealed where her kids’ relationship with their father currently stands.

In a telling moment, Janelle revealed that her youngest child, Savanah Brown, has no intention of having her father walk her down the aisle when she gets married. Janelle said Savanah will likely have her brothers by her side instead.

Savanah, who is just 19, does not appear to be in a relationship at the moment. She isn’t close to planning a wedding. Still, she’s given her future some thought and is planning it without Kody. Janelle later revealed it had been many months since Savanah and Kody had connected.

Brush married her husband, Caleb Brush in June 2016. Kody and Maddie are now estranged. Padron married her husband, Tony Padron, just a few months later. Mykelti Padron is the only Brown family member who maintained a close relationship with Kody until recently. It’s unclear where they stand now that the Padrons have moved to North Carolina. The Thompsons tied the knot in 2018. Aspyn Thompson prefers a life out of the spotlight. It’s unclear if she communicates with her father regularly.

Kody did not participate in Gwendlyn Brown’s wedding. Gwendlyn, who married Beatriz Queiroz in a July 2023 ceremony, revealed that Kody and his wife, Robyn Brown, were two hours late for her event. He was not slated to be involved.
