Logan County man accused of assaulting hospital workers, urinating in emergency room
LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A Logan County man is accused of assaulting hospital workers and urinating in an emergency room, court records said. Deputies were called to Logan Regional Medical Center about 7 p.m. Monday after Gary N. Hurst, 28, of Big Creek, W.Va., allegedly began spitting, punching and kicking, and yelling obscenities at workers, according to a criminal complaint filed in Logan County Magistrate Court.
Case against Milton couple accused in infant's death dropped due to insufficient evidence
MILTON, W.Va. (WCHS) — A couple accused in the death of a 3-month-old in Milton will be released from jail after a judge found insufficient evidence in the case. Cabell County Magistrate Chris Sperry on Monday found no probable cause in the case against Cody Dale Wilson, 24, and Trisha Lynn Grigson, 26, who were originally charged with child abuse causing death after an infant in their care died.
