The panel formally charged 27-year-old Michael Keith McKnight with two counts of second-degree murder and 37-year-old Lederrick Dewayne Gant, of Shreveport, 40-year-old Shemika Draper Johnson and 44-year-old Keelon Bernard Nelson with one count each of second-degree murder.
