County Board Committee Approves Bresee – Annex Demolition Agreement; Pending One City Adjustment
The Vermilion County Board Executive Committee has approved an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Danville, pending one change on the city’s part. The agreement is for the simultaneous tear down of the city’s Bresee Tower and the county’s old Court Annex Building in one project. The one thing the committee would like the city to change is the county’s involvement in the deal where if the chosen contractor for the job finishes the work before 555 days is up, they receive a $325 bonus payment per day.
Illinois Craft Showcase to highlight 30-plus craft brands
