Silver Alert issued for missing Waterford woman
WATERFORD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Wisconsin Department of Justice has issued a Silver Alert for 85-year-old Karen A. Wandrey, who was last seen in Waterford in Racine County. Wandrey, who reportedly has severe dementia and occasionally leaves her residence on foot, was last in contact at 3 p.m. on Monday, July 29, and was seen earlier that morning at home. She is described as standing 5'1" tall, weighing 114 lbs., with blue eyes and blond or strawberry shoulder-length hair.
