Citrus County Man Arrested on Animal Cruelty Charges After Animals Found in Horrific Conditions
Citrus County, FL – A Citrus County man has been arrested on animal cruelty charges after authorities discovered dozens of animals living in deplorable conditions. According to detectives, on Tuesday night, August 27th, a deputy with the Citrus County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) responded to a call at 3926 West Cross Drive in Dunnellon. Upon entering the home, the deputy was shocked to find multiple wire crates stacked against a wall, partially covered by a sheet.
