Dairy Queen’s Miracle Treat Day to benefit Children’s Miracle Network

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — There’s a way fans can make their trip to Siouxland Dairy Queen restaurants more meaningful during Miracle Treat Day.

The American Dairy Queen Corporation announced Tuesday that on Thursday, July 25, the one-day initiative will help raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Siouxland DQ has partnered with Unity Point St. Luke’s to encourage support in Siouxland.

On Miracle Treat Day, fans can purchase their Blizzards at participating U.S. DQ locations. $1 or more will be donated to local children’s hospitals through Children’s Miracle Network
Hospitals.

“By joining us on Miracle Treat Day, the Siouxland community can help offer support and hope to children at Unity Point St. Luke’s by simply purchasing a Blizzard Treat,” Keith Comstock with Siouxland DQ said in a statement. “We appreciate our community and partnership with Unity Point St. Luke’s and are honored to help make a visit to our DQ location extra special in support of a meaningful cause.”

To help spread awareness of the campaign, DQ is encouraging fans to share their own posts on social media using the hashtag #MiracleTreatDay.
