At an interchange, I-29 and SD Highway 14, a man stands with a sign..."Travelling, Hungry, Need Assistance, Anything would help"....This same male has been working the same off ramp for three weeks now....Like him, others do the same....A days work of panhandling.....This is how some of them make a living.....Come to find out, he's a local guy who lives very well doing this....Its people like him who make it even tougher for those actually needing assistance....Where he panhandlers are businesses with signs..."Immediate help wanted"....
