FINALLLLLLLY! THE KIDS ON THE ATV’s have been frequenting the racing in that area of 41st and Minnesota and through to Western, and up to and as far on 41st !!!!!!!! Racing , riding 3 ATV’s side by side, NO RESPECT FOR VEHICLES ON THE ROAD OR THEMSELVES! They ran us off the road to race another vehicle last weekend!!!!

Seems like south dakota has a lot of people who have no insurance. A friend of mine was hit a couple weeks ago on the interstate by a drunk driver doing sixty miles an hour. No insurance no license. So now my friend had to pay ti fix her own car. Worst yet a senior Citizen who was widowed her insurance will go up every month. Who's gonna pay for that only her. The repairs she can probably get the Judge to order repayment but that will take years! These judges need to get really hard on these punks who don't think they need to have insurance. It affects everybody but them it seems like. Enough of this crap put these people in jail fir a long time. Someone could have been hurt seriously and these kids could care less!!!!
